Born in Okayama, in 1995. After graduating from university, I worked at Enoteca. I worked as a shop clerk and online sales. I got WSET Diploma at 27 years old. I currently teaches WSET at Academie du Vin, works as a wine storage service at Warehouse Terrada, and works as a sommelier at L'Osier and Esprit C KEI. Reviews
Deep purple in color, with blackberry and blueberry fruit at the core, lifted by sweet, cooling notes of licorice and cinnamon. The palate is dense and powerful, supported by firm fruit and ample tannins. A hint of game adds wild complexity to the wine.

Pale garnet color. Fresh cranberry and sour cherry fruit with nuances of dried fruit and herbs from maturity. Pure fruit lifted by elegant acidity, framed by smooth medium tannins. Beautiful integration of fruit and oak.
