Nabedana started brewing sake in front of the gates of Naritasan Shinshoji Temple in 1689. Currently, we have moved our brewery to the rich countryside of Kanzaki-cho, Katori District, and are brewing ``Jinyu'' and ``Fudou.'' In the past, sake brewing was entrusted to Niigata Toji and Nambu Toji, but since 1997, all processes have been carried out by our own staff, and we are working on producing unique sake by ourselves. By consistently managing all processes from steaming rice to bottling, we aim to constantly monitor quality and provide sake that is delicious. The trade name Nabeten originates from the management of the Nabeza (nabeza), which was entrusted by the shogunate during the Edo period, and is said to be a combination of the words "nabe" and "store." Based on our long history and tradition, our mission is to create sake that touches people's hearts, and we pursue timeless flavors.
