Akabu Sake Brewery is a sake brewing company based in Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture, which produces innovative sake while making use of Iwate's nature and traditional techniques. The company's signature brand, ``Akabu,'' is highly acclaimed as a sake with a rich aroma and clean taste, thanks to the passion of the brewer and the technological innovation of the younger generation. After overcoming the ordeal of losing their brewery in the earthquake, they set up a new brewery and made a fresh start.Currently, they have won numerous awards at domestic and international competitions, and their ability and passion are widely recognized.
