Kamo Nishiki Sake Brewery was founded in 1893 (Meiji 26) and has been loved by the local community for over 120 years as a representative sake brewery in Kamo City, Niigata Prefecture. As the times have changed, the Japanese diet has become more diverse, and a variety of other dishes, not just Japanese food, are now on the daily table. Under these circumstances, Kamo Nishiki Sake Brewery continues to study every day with the aim of creating ``delicious sake that goes well with any meal.''

Given the limited production system of a small-scale brewery, we place importance on producing only sake that we feel is delicious without compromising on quality. While preserving tradition, we actively take on new challenges and provide sake that complements the ever-diversifying dining table. We aim to be a sake brewery that continues to grow together with the community while continuing to value the basics.
