About the Brewery
Tenryo Sake Brewery has inherited the tradition of sake brewing as a family business that has been passed down from generation to generation, and is committed to preserving its history. The owner places emphasis on quality and produces high-quality sake using Hida specialty sake rice such as ``Hidahomare''. Our ``Special Pure Rice Sake ``Hikiri,'' which uses our own rice milling and underground water, has been particularly praised for its subtle sweetness and aroma that go well with dishes. In addition, Tenryo aims to grow together with the region by collaborating with local farmers and cultivating high-quality sake rice under contract.
