About the Brewery
Yonezawa Sake Brewery was founded in Okusa, Nakagawa Village, Inadani, Minami-Shinshu in 1901, and continues to produce good sake in harmony with the local nature. ``Sake tank shibori'' is a traditional technique cherished by brewers and brewers, in which sake bags are carefully lined up in a sake tank, and is a labor-intensive method that is rare these days. Using locally produced sake rice and underground water from the Southern Alps, we continue to innovate by incorporating new techniques while preserving tradition. In 2014, we became a group company of Ina Food Industry, and we cooperate with rice planting and harvesting in the region, and we also work hard to preserve the beautiful rural landscape.
