Hatsumomiji Sake Brewery aims to weave the future of Japanese sake culture through carefully selected ingredients from Yamaguchi Prefecture and sake brewing that reflects the natural beauty of each season. Inheriting a 200-year history since its founding, we are particular about brewing pure rice sake using only rice and rice malt, creating a flavor that evokes the changing nature of nature. In addition, through our year-round sake brewing ``Shikijozo,'' we will continue to provide sake that allows you to enjoy the flavors of the season.
