Miyaizumi Meijo

Miyaizumi Meijo is a brewery located in the Aizu region of Fukushima, blessed with abundant natural resources. Surrounded by mountains, the Aizu Basin offers ideal brewing conditions with its pronounced temperature differences and pure water sources. The brewery uses both locally grown sake rice and carefully selected rice from renowned regions across Japan, crafting sake that highlights each variety’s characteristics.
