Koshi Meijo

Etsumeijo is a brewery located in Tochio, Nagaoka City, Niigata, inheriting the legacy of “Yamashiroya,” which dates back to the Edo period. Surrounded by deep mountains, it utilizes high-quality water and sake rice shaped by the region’s natural environment.
