"Tomorrow Wines is a small, family-run natural winery located on Onoyama Hill in Ueda, Nagano. Founded by Minoru Tamura, who transitioned from the restaurant industry to winemaking, the winery embodies a philosophy of expressing the untouched beauty of the land through wine. The vineyards are cultivated without chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides, allowing nature to guide the growth of the grapes.
The wines, branded as “Onoyama Bikki,” showcase gentle textures and subtle complexity, harmonizing beautifully with food. Today, his daughter Moe Kozono leads the brand’s communication and distribution, sharing her father’s wines with a wider audience. Together, they tell a story of devotion, resilience, and respect for nature — capturing the essence of Onoyama’s landscape in every bottle."
