Tengeiji

Domaine de Tengeiji, located in Akeno, Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture, was founded in 2017 by Yumiko Tengeiji. The winery cultivates carefully selected grape varieties such as Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in its own vineyards, emphasizing sustainable farming practices. By reusing grape pomace for brandy and compost, the winery minimizes its environmental impact while revitalizing abandoned farmland into productive vineyards. In winemaking, traditional methods are employed to preserve the pure character of the grapes, resulting in wines that reflect both elegance and authenticity.
