Beniotome

Beniotome Sake Brewery is a sake brewer based in Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture, and is known as a pioneer of sesame shochu. Since our founding in 1972, we have pursued the production of shochu using our own unique manufacturing method, centering on the ``Beni Otome'' brand. Sesame shochu, characterized by its fragrant sesame flavor and deep taste, has received high praise both domestically and internationally. We use carefully selected raw materials and traditional techniques to create a unique shochu. We also actively work on new product development with an attitude of embracing innovation while valuing local culture.
