Wakashio Sake Brewery combines modern technology and traditional handcrafting techniques in pursuit of ``the taste and aroma unique to the brewery'' and ``making shochu of stable quality.'' While continuing to provide stable quality shochu by utilizing a rotary drum koji making machine and the latest equipment, we value tradition at our two breweries, Senkokugura and Shisankura, which have inherited the wisdom of handcrafting.
