About the Brewery
Kyohime Sake Brewery was originally established as ``Okamoto Sake Brewery Limited Partnership Company,'' and has become popular mainly in Osaka under the brand name ``Hanajiman.'' Using the famous Fushimi water from Fushimi, Kyoto, we continue to produce sake with a soft taste and fine flavor. In 1970, the name was changed to ``Sekaitaka Sake Brewery Co., Ltd.'', and in 1997 to ``Kyohime Sake Brewery'' in honor of the 1200th anniversary of the founding of the Heian capital. In particular, the Daiginjo and Junmai Ginjo brands ``Takumi,'' which are rooted in Fushimi, Kyoto, have gained support from a wide range of people as masterpieces that embody the quality-first spirit of valuing soft and delicate flavors. .
