About the Brewery
Domaine Beau, which means "beautiful winery," grows grape varieties specifically for wine in the Tatenohara area of Nanto City, Toyama Prefecture, and aims to produce beautiful wines that are rooted in the region. We utilize IOT technology for grape cultivation, and practice pesticide reduction methods using rovers and drones. In brewing, we value the original taste and aroma of grapes and strive to create natural wines.
