About the Brewery
Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten, located in Suzuka City, Mie Prefecture, has been upholding over 150 years of tradition in pursuit of exquisite sake worthy of the name "Ajisake Suzuka-koku." Under the leadership of brewmaster Tomohiro Uchiyama, the brewery uses locally sourced rice and the pristine underground water of the Suzuka Mountain Range. Through meticulous fermentation control and small-batch production, they craft premium-quality sake. Uchiyama's creations have garnered high acclaim both domestically and internationally, and one of their sakes was chosen as the celebratory toast at the 2016 Ise-Shima G7 Summit. Today, the company strives to connect people worldwide and offer sake that enhances moments of joy.
