Kanazawa

Kanazawa Winery is an urban winery located in Owari-cho, Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture. Since our establishment in 2018, we have been brewing unique wines that reflect the blessings of Ishikawa Prefecture's Satoyama and Satoumi. Using a variety of local ingredients and organic vegetables, we communicate the appeal of local food culture and traditional crafts. At the attached restaurant, ``A La Ferme de Shinjiro,'' you can enjoy Kanazawa French cuisine that takes advantage of Hokuriku's seasonal bounty, and pair it perfectly with wine. This winery, run by CEO Tatsujiro Imura, is spreading the appeal of Ishikawa Prefecture's agriculture and food culture both domestically and internationally.
