Mother Vines Nagano Jōzōsho

Mother Vines Nagano Brewery is a winery specializing in contract brewing that opened in April 2018 in Takayama Village, Nagano Prefecture. It is operated by MOTHER VINES, a consulting company that supports the establishment of wineries, and supports the development of the wine industry by providing brewing equipment, producing seedlings, and test brewing.

Takayama Village is known as a wine grape production area due to its climate suitable for growing fruit trees and the joint efforts of the public and private sectors. The brewery has tanks that can handle small-scale brewing from 500 kg, and provides a place for contractors to learn through hands-on experience. Brewing director Hajime Ishizuka focuses on analysis and research, aiming to produce world-class wine.

We also promote agriculture that circulates local resources. We are also working on composting grape pomace to increase the fertility of the soil. Taking advantage of Takayama Village's blessed environment, it is attracting attention as a base that supports the growth of the wine industry as a whole.
