Viniqrobe

Viniqrobe grows wine grapes at an altitude of 400 to 800 meters above sea level, in a cool environment with a large temperature difference between day and night, an ideal environment for growing fruit trees. The fields, which are mainly located at an altitude of 650 meters, are covered with stony, clayey alluvial soil, which the locals call ``Matsuchi.'' Approximately 2,500 Pinot Noir grapes are cultivated in the field, which covers a total area of ​​approximately 2 hectares. At the time of harvest, we carefully hand-pick the grapes and use methods to maximize the flavor of the fruit, such as transporting the selected grapes to a tank using gravity alone, without the use of a pump. The wine is aged in French oak barrels under strict temperature control to bring out its depth. We continue to pursue Pinot Noir and aim to deliver a special drink to wine lovers.
