Wine Tsukuri Kenkyūjo

Winemaking Research Institute is a new winery that opened in Manriki, Yamanashi City in April 2023. In addition to grape cultivation, winemaking, and sales of original wine, we also import and sell machinery and materials for wineries, aiming for the development of the wine industry as a whole.

Since its founding in 2006, Shinwa Foods Chemical, the operating company, has developed a wide range of businesses, including the import and export sales of food ingredients and additives, and the provision of cultivation support tools. The winery was established as part of the company's growth strategy and serves as a hub for innovation and information dissemination.

We value the spirit of "customer-oriented" and contribute to improving the quality of Japanese wine and expanding the market through a wide range of initiatives from grape cultivation to winemaking to industry support.
