About the Brewery
YOKOHAMA WINERY is an urban winery located near Yamashita Wharf in Yokohama. At this winery, we carefully grow domestic grapes and brew natural wine, ``hama wine.'' The wine is fresh, fruity, easy to drink, and has a gentle flavor. We ferment with natural yeast, do not use filters, and use a manufacturing method that uses as little sugar and antioxidants as possible to provide wine that is gentle on the body. We respect the environment and nature and value sustainable winemaking.
