Hinoe

The winery "HINOE" is located in Shinsato-cho, Utsunomiya City, where the idyllic scenery spreads out, and they make wine using raw shiitake mushrooms. Dried shiitake mushrooms are produced using traditional methods using logs cut from local woodlands. We are also working on renting abandoned farmland to grow grapes for brewing. We aim to bring out the individuality of the grapes grown in this area to the fullest and create wines that harmonize with local ingredients. We hope to revitalize the region and allow as many people as possible to enjoy the fresh and juicy wine that has been nurtured by the local climate, and we continue to make wine with that passion.
