Fukushima Aise

Fukushima Aise Winery was established in 2015 with the aim of turning fruit farming in Fukushima Prefecture into a sixth industry. In order to support the recovery of agriculture in Fukushima Prefecture, which was hit hard by the Great East Japan Earthquake, we are promoting the Fukushima Winery Project, an integrated management business model that uses local fruits, and increasing the added value of agricultural products. Through trial and error, we succeeded in cultivating wine grapes in Koriyama City together with local farmers, and in 2019 we shipped our first wine, Vin de Ollage, made from Koriyama grapes. We are expanding new possibilities through encounters between people, the region, and Fukushima fruits.
