Takeda Winery is located on a south-facing hill near the Yamagata Kaminoyama Hot Spring Village at the foot of the Zao Mountain Range.Since its opening in 1920, Takeda Winery has maintained the motto "Good wine comes from good grapes." We are brewing. After spending 20 years improving the soil, they cultivate grapes using natural farming methods on their 15-hectare farm. We grow high-quality varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Chardonnay in hedges. All processes are carried out at our own winery, from hand-picking to bottling. In particular, the ``Domaine Takeda Series'' has received high praise from sommeliers and many other wine lovers, and ``Zao Star Wine'' continues to be loved both inside and outside Yamagata Prefecture. Takeda Winery's wine is a masterpiece that can be enjoyed in a wide range of ways, from home-cooked meals to fashionable meals.
