San Mamoru Winery has been cultivating grapes in Aomori Prefecture for over 20 years and brewing high-quality wine using locally grown grapes and apples. Based at our first factory in Mutsu City and second factory in Owani-cho, Minamitsugaru District, we deliver approximately 50 different types of wine throughout the country.

The winery farm is located at 41 degrees north latitude, surrounded by the rich nature of the Shimokita Peninsula, and has 11.3 hectares of vineyards. We are particular about creating healthy soil, and produce safe and secure "Shimokita wine" from grapes grown in the rich nature.

In addition to wine, the restaurant is also particular about its food, such as Shimokita beef made with functional lactic acid bacteria to bring out its flavor, and hotel-made bread carefully baked to match the daily climate. San Mamoru Winery's masterpieces deliver deliciousness that makes full use of the local nature and ingredients.
