About the Brewery
Woody Farm & Winery has two aspects: a domaine-style winery and an orchard that grows high-quality fruit, expressing the unique climate of Kaminoyama City, Yamagata Prefecture. Cultivation of grapes exclusively for wine, which has been going on since around 1975, is done entirely in our own fields, producing wine that is rooted in the region. Furthermore, we carefully grow cherries and pears on shelves using traditional Yamagata cultivation techniques and provide them directly to customers and retailers.
