About the Brewery
Niseko Winery acquired the land for the vineyard in 2005 and began planting in 2008. In 2010, the first harvest was to produce wine under contract, and in 2016, the brewery was completed and a license was obtained. In 2017, we released our first in-house sparkling wine. The fields are spread over a vast area at the foot of Mt. Yotei, and organic cultivation is used. We practice sustainable farming methods that are based on grass cultivation and do not use chemical fertilizers. The fields are named after beautiful scenery, such as ``Miharashi Vineyard,'' and cultivation is carried out in a spectacular view of Mt. Yotei and the Niseko Mountain Range.
