Yukikawa Jōzō

Yukikawa Brewery is a winery located at the foot of the Daisetsuzan Mountains in Higashikawa-cho, Kamikawa-gun, Hokkaido. Here, water from melting snow in the mountains flows out as abundant groundwater, and all of the water for daily living is provided by groundwater. It was established in the fall of 2020 in this town where local people and scenic nature coexist. Winemaking is done with respect for the blessings of nature, using as little pesticides as possible in grape cultivation, and respecting the abundant water and beautiful nature. Yukikawa Brewery's wines aim to contribute to Japan's wine culture as casual drinks that can be enjoyed on a daily basis.
