About the Brewery
Hokkaido Chuo Winery is a winery based in Chitose City that makes wine that takes advantage of Hokkaido's nature and cool climate. At our Chitose factory, we produce high-quality wine using mainly locally grown grapes and using brewing methods that bring out the individuality of the fruit. It is characterized by the delicate acidity and rich aroma brought about by Hokkaido's unique cool climate, and its appeal is that you can feel the unique flavor of the region. Hokkaido Chuo Winery continues to grow together with the region while contributing to the development of Hokkaido wine.
