Hokkaido SPACE Winery is a shared winery that supports Japanese winemaking. While many of the new wineries in Japan, which are increasing in number, are faced with high equipment costs and a lack of knowledge, this facility reduces equipment investment risk by sharing brewing equipment and provides support from experienced brewers. We provide an environment where you can receive the following. Each winery has its own dedicated space, and access to equipment is available through annual contracts at no additional cost.
