Nōrakura (Norakura)

``Norakura'' produces wine in Hokuto City, Hokkaido. Cultivated without the use of chemical pesticides, fertilizers, or herbicides, and with the minimum necessary modifications based on organic standards. In addition to using grapes from our own farms, we also use grapes from local farmers, respecting each farmer's cultivation policy. Brewing is based on wild yeast fermentation, no filtration, and low (no) sulfites, and is carried out using flexible methods depending on the condition of the grapes.
He opened Fuzuki Vineyard in 2011 and established a winery in Hakodate City in 2012. In 2023, we relocated our winery to Fuzuki, Hokuto City, and now offer table wines that make use of local flavors.
