Mori

Mori Sake Brewery is a historic sake brewery that was founded in 1895 under the trade name "Komatsuya." The brand ``Hiran'', which is derived from the name of the place in Hirado, reflects the old days when Hirado was called ``Hiran Island'', and aims to produce sake that evokes the nature and history of Hirado. The current 4th generation president has set the theme of ``sake brewing that continues through generations'' and practices sake brewing that moves hand in hand with the local community, making use of the famous spring water that springs from the foot of Saikyoji Temple and local rice. We continue to be loved by the local community as a brewery that deepens our ties with the local nature and people, and brews true local sake.
