Omoya Sake Brewery, a sake brewery on Iki Island, aims to create sake that is loved all over the world, and aims to create the first cup of sake that goes well with both Japanese and Western food. Iki Island is said to be the fifth land created by the gods in Japanese mythology, and has fertile soil and a rich fishing industry. The brewery uses special A-class sake rice from Iki and soft water blessed by the island to produce sake that reflects the unique characteristics of the region. After continuing to search for water sources that support the quality of sake, we finally found the perfect water from 20 sources. Utilizing ingredients nurtured by Iki's rich nature, we produce sake with a fresh, juicy taste and rich aroma. Utilizing advanced brewing techniques, we continue to produce sake that is famous all over the world.
