About the Brewery
Yucho Sake Brewery is a sake brewery with a history of over 300 years, located in Gose City, Nara Prefecture. Using high-quality sake rice from Nara Prefecture and famous spring water from the brewery's own well, we value traditional techniques while also challenging innovative sake brewing.
The main brand, ``Kaze no Mori,'' is characterized by its fresh and bright flavor, which is made without filtration or addition of water. In particular, the effervescent quality of the sake is highly praised among sake fans. The natural carbonation produced by in-bottle fermentation and the structure that fully brings out the natural flavor of rice have won numerous awards at domestic and international contests.
We also value our ties with the local community and focus on developing local agriculture and culture. Through sake brewing that combines tradition and innovation, we are disseminating new appeals of Japanese sake.
