About the Brewery
Akebono is a sake brewery located in Aizuzakashita-cho, Fukushima Prefecture that is dedicated to producing sake that takes advantage of the local climate. Since our founding, we have pursued unique and high-quality sake by incorporating new techniques while preserving traditional methods. The main brand, ``Tenmei,'' is popular among many drinkers for its delicate flavor that complements dishes as an accompaniment alcohol. In addition, by using local rice and pure water, we offer sake that brings out the best of nature. We value cooperation with the local community and strive to produce sake that is trusted.
