About the Brewery
Kamihei Sake Brewery was founded in the naturally rich area of Iwate Prefecture, and is a brewery that brews sake using local rice and pure water. While respecting tradition, we continue to take on new challenges and produce sake that is rooted in the region. In particular, the ``Galaxy Railway Series,'' named after ``Night on the Galaxy Railway,'' is loved by many fans and is characterized by the deep flavor of locally produced rice and the Iwate climate. Kamihei Sake Brewery works together with the local community, disseminating sake that conveys Iwate's culture and nature to the whole country and the world.
