About the Brewery
Nadahama Fukutsurugura is a sake brewery that boasts over 300 years of tradition, located in Uozaki-go, one of Nada's five villages. The founder, Mr. Matabei Koyamaya, learned as a brewer here, and has continued to make high-quality sake by taking advantage of Nada's rich natural environment and brewing techniques. Despite being damaged by the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, it was rebuilt and reopened as a tour sake brewery in 1996. As a brewery where visitors can observe the brewing process through transparent glass, we continue to convey the charm of the region and sake.
