About the Brewery
Ryujin Sake Brewery is located in the nature-rich area of Wakayama Prefecture, and produces sake that combines traditional techniques and innovation. Since our founding, we have continued to pursue quality by using local rice and water. We are particularly particular about brewing sake using natural water, and offer mellow and easy-to-drink sake. In addition, we have introduced modern equipment and strived to improve quality while continuing to maintain the tradition of sake brewing.
