About the Brewery
Okunota Winery is a very small winery located in Enzan, Koshu City. Because we are small, our motto is meticulous winemaking. On our 1.5-hectare estate vineyard we grow wine grapes and vinify wines that maximize the grapes’ potential. Please enjoy wines brimming with minerality that fully express the charm of our terroir.
