About the Brewery
Founded in 1946, in a lush green area slightly removed from central Miyakojima. By developing sales routes not only in general retail but—unusual at the time—also in restaurants and bars in the entertainment district, we became widely known locally.
In brewing, we emphasize slow, low-temperature maturation of the mash and rigorous temperature control. We continue to pursue ease of drinking for our standard products and 100% koshu for our aged expressions.
