About the Brewery
Takanoi Sake Brewery uses the craftsmanship of its brewers and relentless dedication to create sake that pleases, comforts, and is safe to drink. Aiming for sake that is rustic and steeped in nostalgia, we continue to search for products that offer fresh surprises. The raw rice is 100% produced in Niigata Prefecture, using the local Ojiya terraced rice "Etsudanrei". By brewing with underground water grown from melting snow, a clean and refreshing taste is created. In order to improve quality, we incorporate new manufacturing methods, invest in equipment, and constantly strive to improve the quality of our sake.
