About the Brewery
Takara Shuzo's history began in 1842, and since then it has been manufacturing and selling Japanese sake, such as sake, shochu, and chuhai, as well as Japanese seasonings, mainly mirin. As a company with strengths in Japanese sake, we will continue to refine our technology and develop new products. In addition, through collaboration with Takara Shuzo International Group, we will expand the sparkling sake "Mio" domestically and internationally, and work on CO2 reduction and regional development to promote sustainability.
