Kenjo

Kenjo is a sake brewer headquartered in Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City, and offers shochu that combines tradition and innovation from Hakata. Since our founding in 1963, we have pursued unique techniques in making shochu and produced high-quality products. Our main product, the Hakata no Hana series, is characterized by its light and easy-drinking taste, and is widely popular not only locally but nationwide. We also take on the challenge of making new shochu that suits modern tastes by making use of local ingredients. Shochu, which takes into consideration its compatibility with Hakata's food culture, is loved as a dish that enriches the dining table.
