Nishiyoshida Sake Brewery is a long-established sake brewery based in Chikugo City, Fukuoka Prefecture. Since our founding, we have continued to take on innovative challenges while preserving the traditional sake brewing that is rooted in the region. Our shochu, including our representative brand ``Tanushimaru,'' is characterized by its rich aroma and deep flavor, using carefully selected raw materials and brewing water that takes advantage of the blessings of the Chikugo River. Its taste, which reflects the local culture and climate, is supported by many shochu lovers. Nishiyoshida Sake Brewery spreads the charm of sake brewing from Chikugo to the whole country.
