Ebisu Sake Brewery's representative brand, ``Ranbiki 5 Years Old,'' is characterized by its rich flavor as it has been aged in oak barrels. We also carry ``Fukutoku Ebisu'' and ``Keiko to Narumo.'' Founded in 1885, the brewery inherited the passion for sake brewing and continues to refine its techniques to produce authentic shochu. Shochu is produced through many processes and time, from the selection of raw materials to fermentation, distillation, and aging, and is made possible by the natural environment, traditional techniques, and the support of the brewers. The taste that has been achieved over many years is the company's ideal and origin. We will continue to pursue the possibilities of authentic shochu and continue to brew it with all our heart in order to deliver even more appealing bottles.
