About the Brewery
Daisetsukei was founded in 1891 and continues to make sake while continuing the tradition in Azumino, Shinshu. It started with ``Kikyou Masamune'' and ``Seikozakura'' at the time of its founding, but was renamed to ``Daisetsukei'' in 1945, and has become a famous sake that has won numerous awards. The brewery is particular about using local rice and water, and has continued to uphold the spirit of sake brewing from generation to generation. In order to respond to the voices of our customers who say, "It's delicious!", we continue to make sake with all our heart and pass on the sake culture that we can be proud of to the world.
