Batsugun Sake Brewery is a shochu brewery located in the lush countryside of Taragi-cho, Kuma-gun, Kumamoto Prefecture. We strive to create shochu that will make you think, ``This is the perfect drink for dinner every night,'' and we strive to create a flavor that is perfect for family gatherings. Shochu making begins with the making of koji, and thorough quality control is carried out throughout the entire process. Especially during the preparation period from October to May of the following year, skill and experience are required to maintain stable quality while dealing with changes in temperature and humidity. We are a brewery that continues to work tirelessly to provide the same taste and quality.
