Fusanotsuyu is a brewery that continues to produce shochu without compromise, inheriting a tradition of over 500 years that has been nurtured by the rich nature of the Kuma region, and with the belief of ``delivering the highest quality shochu to our customers.'' While evolving elements such as craftsmanship, machinery, koji, and yeast, we have aimed to deepen our craft in line with the times. While preserving tradition, we actively take on new challenges, combining the expert techniques and sensibilities passed down by our master brewers. This creates the unique flavor of bunch dew.
