About the Brewery
Founded in 1951, Tomita Sake Brewery has been producing soft-shelled turtles in traditional Japanese jars since its founding, based on the philosophy of its founder, Toyoshige Tomita. Using this method, the amount that can be made at one time is limited, but this small amount is produced throughout the year, supplementing it during the summer and the year-end and New Year holidays.
