About the Brewery
Okinoerabu Sake Brewery is an alcoholic beverage manufacturing, bottling, and sales company established in July 1964, in which four breweries on the island cooperate. Taking advantage of the characteristics of Amami brown sugar shochu, we create our own unique shochu by blending the original sake produced by each brewery through trial and error. At Okinoerabu Sake Brewery, we pursue the rich flavor and light, soft taste of Amami brown sugar shochu, and are particular about our unique blending technology. We value the attitude of ``through trial and error, preserving tradition while maintaining an inquisitive spirit,'' and will continue to work to create shochu that pleases our customers.
